What do I get when I book a sign through your company?

• 1 day (24hr) rental with sign of your choice.

• Set up: The day before the event anytime between 3pm and 9pm.

I booked a sign last month, but I need to cancel. Do you have a cancelation policy?

Full credit will be given back only if you cancel within 48 hours.

Store credit for a future set up will be given for any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.

How long do I get to keep the sign? Can I keep it more than one day?

Our rentals are typically a 1 day/24 hour rental. However, if you want to keep the sign for additional days that option is available if your sign of choice has not been already booked. There is an additional $45 fee/per extra day. Rentals are available for up to 3 days maximum.

Will the weather affect my sign or my booking date of choice?

Our signs are weather proof and will last during harsh weather conditions. Snow or rain, we can make it happen! If we are having dangerous or severe weather the day of your booking, set up or pick up times may change. In this case, we will keep you posted and will do our best to meet your needs while keeping our staff and our inventory safe.

Is there any specific yard maintenance we should think about before you set up in our yard?

During spring and summer please turn off sprinklers that surround the set up area during installation time. Please refrain from mowing the lawn during your rental time as the grass may damage our signs.

During winter, please help keep our staff safe by making sure your driveway or side walk is clear of any slippery snow or ice. Please let us know of obstacles that may obstruct our path during your installation. This includes Christmas decorations!
